Hide & Paint Support

Help with gameplay, progress, sound, cosmetics, and advertisements.

Quick troubleshooting

• Close and reopen the app if a level does not respond.
• Make sure sound is enabled in the game and your iPhone is not muted.
• Rewarded advertisements require an internet connection and may occasionally be unavailable. Ads never block normal level progress.
• If progress appears incorrect, return to the level map and reopen the level.
• Install the newest available version of Hide & Paint from the App Store.

How the game works

Drag your character to a hiding place, select the matching paint color, and tap “I’M HIDDEN” before the hunter arrives. Earn stars and coins by completing levels. Cosmetics change your character's appearance but do not change gameplay difficulty.
